Aeroparts Machining (formally Warnke Machining Company) was founded in 1978 by Roger Warnke.  His vision was to build a company that would utilize his talents in the support of the country he loves.

Through his devotion and sacrifice, he forged one of the industry’s most respected machining and fabrication companies.  Roger took a small business operating out of his garage and grew it into an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of high-quality machined parts, metal fabrications, and assemblies to all branches of the US Military. After 45 years we took our next step by teaming up with Aeroparts Group. 

In 2023, the company was acquired by APG (Aeroparts Group, LLC). This next step has allowed the company to expand the capabilities of machining and fabricating operations.

We relocated into part of a 61,000 sq-ft facility in Mansfield, Texas adjacent to our sister company Evans Composites. This will allow for continued growth and expansion to meet the customers’ needs well into the future.
